Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included.


Returns After 14 Days

We may, at our discretion, accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Underwear or intimate garments (for hygiene reasons)


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

If approved:

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded if you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period. Express or upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.


Late or Missing Refunds
